One of the things we want to see in PuntoGal is all the municipalities of Galicia using our domain to offer information and services to all its residents, and also to its visitors.

To do this, from the outset we reserve the possible names of all municipalities (yes, for the 313, and taking into account several possibilities). Most of them are already using it, around 200, as you probably know. And there are many which use more than one, because they have parties, festivals or events and they need their own space on the web.

For those which don’t use it yet, we occasionally make a reminder. That is why we work with FEGAMP, which is a pioneering entity in the use of .gal, and with which we collaborate every year. We have recently published in his magazine a comic book page to remind municipalities that did not have time to launch their domain, that we are here for what they need.

The comic was drawn by Martín Romero, one of the most active illustrators and creators of comics on the Galician scene, who publishes children’s books or pages in Le Monde Diplomatique.
